Project: 7 Storey Residential Accommodation following demolition of existing Commercial Property and new development of new Commercial Unit and 19 High Quality 1, 2 and 3 Bed Apartments.
Service: Viability Assessment and Negotiation.
Outcome: 2 Shared Ownership Units Affordable Housing agreed with London Borough Hackney (11%)

Project: 37 Storey Student Accommodation with 842 Bedrooms and a 6 Storey Office Block, Miles Yard. The Office Area incorporates a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) for the Local Authority Use.
Service: A Unique and Policy Leading Viability Assessment and Study to enable resolution of an appropriate level of ‘Affordable’ Rented Student Accommodation units. Whilst appointed by the Applicant Downing this Duty of Care was provided to both the Greater London Authority (GLA) and London Borough of Lambeth.
Outcome: 11% of Total Affordable Student Units satisfied the requirement of the GLA & LB Lambeth
Client: Columbia House Developments Limited
Project: 7 Storey Residential Accommodation with 116 High Quality Studio, 1, 2 and 3 Bed Apartments in the conversion of an existing commercial office building.
Service: Viability Assessment and Negotiation with Dixon Searle Partnership (Consultants acting for the Local Authority) to enable resolution to support the Planning Application and cost planning of construction costs.
Outcome: Consent Granted with a Financial Contribution of £500,000 in lieu of Affordable Housing OR 5 Nr Units.
Client: Killultagh Estates Limited
Project: 11 Storey Residential Accommodation following demolition of unused Multi- Storey Car Park Serving Shopping Centre with 119 Studio, 1, 2 and 3 Bed Apartments.
Service: Viability Assessment and Negotiation with Dixon Searle Partnership (Consultants acting for the Local Authority) to enable resolution to support the Planning Application and cost planning of construction costs.
Outcome: Financial Contribution of £500,000 in lieu of Affordable Housing On-Site agreed with Local Authority.
Client: Alderbee Limited
Project: 5 Storey Residential Accommodation following demolition of existing Commercial and Residential Property and new development of new Commercial Unit and 25 Nr Studio, 1, 2 and 3 Bed Apartments.
Service: Viability Assessment and Negotiation.
Outcome: Zero Affordable Housing agreed with London Borough Bexley.
